Cornflakes served with fresh strawberries and ice-cold milk

Morley Hayes muesli
With oats, toasted macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, lentil seeds, cranberries, apples, golden raisins, sunflower seeds, honey, soft brown sugar and cold milk.

Porridge
Simply with ‘Broomfield honey’, fresh berries or apples, sultanas and cinnamon

Greek yoghurt with fresh fruit and ‘Broomfield honey’

Kedgeree
With natural smoked haddock and rice

Fresh pink grapefruit
Fresh segments of pink grapefruit with moscovado sugar

The chefs at Dovecote restaurant only use the freshest, local and best quality seasonal produce. Enjoy your breakfast with the delightful surroundings over the golf course in the Derbyshire countryside.
We also offer a set menu for lunch, an a la carte dinner menu every evening, a daily dinner special served Monday to Friday and our excellent traditional Sunday luncheon. A well-stocked cellar provides superb wine to accompany your meal.

From the perfect surroundings of The Pavilion, you can take in the ambiance of comfort and friendliness of our staff and play a round of golf on one of our two courses, The Manor Course or The Tower Course. Our golf Pavilion also caters for businesses wanting to have a golfing lunch with a banquet room large enough for up to 125 people. If you’re in need of some extra tees or golf clubs then our well stocked Golf Shop will cater for your every needs. Overlooking the first tee, you will find everything you need together with professional advice and helpful staff.

What golf course would be complete without the 19th hole? Morley Hayes has the perfect place to unwind after a round of golf at the Spike Bar. Have a drink at the bar and relax watching sport on our large Plasma TVs with the wonderful surroundings of the Derbyshire countryside. Food and drinks are available to everyone at any time, the Spike Bar is a great meeting place for friends and family.

If all you need is a little practice then our driving range is the ideal choice. Set near the entrance is a 17 bay, all weather and floodlit driving range. The range is even equipped with the number one automated tee system, Power Tee. You can even take advantage of our on site professional advice with tuition available to make your play improve.
