2 AA ROSETTE DOVECOTE RESTAURANT

PART TIME WAITING ON STAFF

Various shifts available including Champagne Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner

JUNIOR SOUS CHEF REQUIRED

This applicant will be highly motivated & have a passion + for cooking with fresh & local produce. Assist the Chef and Sous chef in the day to day operation and team building

Contribute in Menu development and training of staff.  Experience in an AA Rosette restaurant preferred.
