Roosters Bar  


Previous bar experience is essential. The successful candidate will deputize for the Bars Manager. Assist with recruitment and training. Knowledge of cellar management would be an advantage. Help with stock control and ordering. Duty management would be an advantage as this person will be on a rota for locking up and cashing up all tills.

This job involves serving on the busy Roosters Bar taking food orders as well as serving drinks.  Must available to work at weekends. Personal licence will be required but this could be undertaken after appointment.  Assisting the Bars manager achieve wages targets, maximize sales and maintain agreed standards of service.

Roosters Kitchen is looking for a full and part-time Kitchen Porters/Assistants to work straight shifts up to 5 days a week, which will include weekends. Hotel Staff Vacancies


A hard working person is required for this position. No previous work experience is necessary as full training will be given.
Working in the hotel to service our bedrooms to the high standard that we are known for, some hours will be worked in our public areas cleaning our bars, restaurants and wash rooms.
Hours are on rota basis between 6am and 7pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your own transport is essential due to the lack of public transport at 6am and on Sundays.
